Oficialiosios kalbos – anglų ir prancūzų. Žemynuose turi savo padalinius: Europos, Azijos, Afrikos, Panamerikos žolės riedulio federacijas. Aukščiausiasis organas – kongresas, šaukiamas kas 2 metai. 2000 m. vienijo 119 šalių nacionalines žolės riedulio federacijas.
